Wolfgang Kradischnig is a co-owner of the DELTA Group, CEO of DELTA AG, and Managing Director of Delta Pods Architects ZT GmbH
After completing his studies at TU Graz in 1991, the native of Styria moved to Upper Austria to join the DELTA Group. There, he initially established the construction management division in Wels before expanding it to Vienna nearly 15 years ago.
His professional focus is on the development and management of future-oriented construction projects. Over the years, he has led numerous new construction and renovation projects and initiated the DELTA Green Mission, an initiative aimed at lifecycle-optimized project planning. A key priority for him is driving cultural change in the construction industry, advocating for greater sustainability and collaboration. Furthermore, he is committed to raising awareness of the construction and real estate sector as a key player in climate protection and promotes the use of innovative digital tools, including artificial intelligence.
Wolfgang Kradischnig is a board member of IG Lebenszyklus Bau, a board member of the Regional Chamber of Civil Engineers for Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland, and a presidium member of VZI, the Association of Civil Engineering and Consulting Firms. From 2011 onwards, he also served as Holding Managing Director and corporate spokesperson for the DELTA Group in Vienna before assuming the role of CEO of DELTA AG in 2024. As a civil engineer, he is also the Managing Director of the architecture division of the DELTA Group – Delta Pods Architects ZT GmbH.
