DELTA IN MOTION 2025: Together, We Moved for a Good Cause

The Slovak branch DELTA Group SK and the Czech branch DELTA Group CZ joined forces to take part in the sports and charity challenge DELTA IN MOTION 2025.
A Challenge We Accepted and Achieved
The goal was to cover at least 100 kilometers of movement per person – whether by running, cycling, brisk walking, or any other physical activity.
Nearly 40 colleagues from both branches took part in the challenge, collectively running, cycling, and walking hundreds of kilometers.
Fun with a Purpose
What began as a friendly internal competition grew into an initiative with a deeper meaning.
For every employee who reached the 100-kilometer goal, DELTA donated a financial contribution to a non-profit organization chosen by the team.
This year, we decided to support Tvoj Buddy Foundation, which provides individual mentoring and emotional support to children growing up outside their families.
About foundation Tvoj Buddy
Changing children’s lives through friendship.
The BUDDY program helps children who cannot grow up in their own families by building individual relationships with volunteers.
It connects children aged 12–16 living in children’s homes with mature, motivated adults who genuinely wish to help. Each pair is continuously supported by experts from the foundation.
A trained BUDDY spends regular, long-term, and voluntary time with a specific child outside the institution. They guide the child through adolescence, support their journey towards independence, and help them develop their potential.
