An early site investigation lays the foundations for cost-effective foundation and excavation concepts, reduces risks and helps to avoid unexpected additional costs during construction. At the same time, it provides important information on which to base decisions regarding planning, structural design and tendering.
Why is a building site survey worthwhile?
The ground conditions affect virtually every construction project – from the foundations and the excavation pit right through to the construction process.
