With the successful completion of the “KHI-IM2” project in Pavilion 21 of the Clinic Hietzing , another important milestone has been reached. The project is part of the comprehensive expansion of the Clinic Hietzing , through which the Vienna Healthcare Group is creating the infrastructural conditions for modern and sustainable healthcare. Since planning began in May 2022, DELTA has provided ongoing project monitoring & control for the project in collaboration with FCP as part of a joint venture. Our task: to contribute to the achievement of project goals as well as to transparency and safety throughout the project through independent audits and continuous monitoring. Proactive management, clear communication, and collaborative partnerships are crucial, especially for complex construction projects in the healthcare sector. With the completion of the construction project at “Pavilion 21 of the Clinic  Hietzing ” (KHI-IM2), an important step has been taken. The next milestones at the Clinic Hietzing are already underway.
