DELTA Group becomes sole owner of INGOB.ZT GmbH

Due to the unexpected passing of Andreas Gobiet in April this year, the integration process between INGOB.ZT GmbH and DELTA Group, which started at the beginning of 2023, had to be implemented more quickly than planned. In order to secure the management of INGOB.ZT GmbH, DELTA co-owner, and CEO Wolfgang Kradischnig and long-serving INGOB.ZT GmbH employee Helga Juri immediately took on dual management. Now the transfer of ownership, which was planned in several phases, has also been completed: The DELTA Group is now the sole owner of INGOB.ZT GmbH.
In January 2023, the cooperation between DELTA and INGOB got off to a promising start. In several phases, a step-by-step merger was agreed between Andreas Gobiet and the DELTA management. Due to the unexpected passing of Andreas Gobiet, a completely new process had to be set up. Close coordination between the owners and management of both companies led to a new joint strategy for the future, which enables an accelerated integration process, makes the best possible use of existing synergies, and pursues Andreas Gobiet’s vision.
Wolfgang Kradischnig on this significant step: “Due to the painful loss of Andreas Gobiet, both companies had to act fast and form solidarity to redesign the process to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Thanks to the strong mutual trust and the willingness of everyone to carry out the integration process much more quickly than planned, new conditions have been created for a successful future together.”
