DELTA Group strengthens its TBE services with its own team of specialists
12. March 2025
The international DELTA Group is expanding its area of expertise in the field of technical building equipment (TBE = HVAC, heating/air conditioning/ventilation/plumbing + electrical engineering + instrumentation and control technology + conveyor technology) and technical building environment (TBEv). Based on the new presence on the Czech market, with a team in Žďár nad Sázavou, the aim is to combine design and technical construction supervision services in an international area of expertise for DELTA in the future. This means that the existing DELTA locations in Vienna, Wels, Prague and Třebíč, Bratislava and the sites in Ukraine are now also linked across national borders in the area of technical building equipment, ensuring a uniform quality standard.
“The creation of our own team of TBE specialists is an important milestone in the development of our company,” says Erik Štefanovič, managing director and co-owner of the DELTA Group. “We are now able to offer our clients an even more comprehensive range of real estate services under one roof, from feasibility studies to implementation, with an even stronger focus on energy efficiency and sustainability, and all to a consistent international quality standard.”
The DELTA Group TBE team is characterized by the use of advanced technologies, in particular by BIM planning and BIM coordination, which enables precise management of all trades and significantly reduces the risk of collisions as early as the building planning phase. The team’s expertise is based on DELTA’s more than 48 years of experience and competence in the planning, construction design and overall management and coordination of construction projects.
“For investors, this ultimately means, above all, certainty that costs are predictable and deadlines can be met,” adds Andreas Dopplmair, managing director and co-owner of the DELTA Group. ”Thanks to our experience and digital technologies, we can identify possible risks in a project at an early stage and propose optimal solutions.”
The proven team of TBE construction supervisors in Vienna, which has been successfully working for the DELTA Group for over 10 years under the leadership of Martin Pechinger, has been and will be “further expanded and the countries will be even more closely interlinked,” according to Martin Pechinger. Numerous projects have already been successfully implemented.
