DELTA Group strengthens its Wels location: Manuel Neyder becomes Authorized Representative of Delta Pods Architects in Wels

The DELTA Group, founded in Wels in 1977 and now employing over 400 people in four countries in the fields of Architecture, Construction Management, and Consulting, is strengthening its founding location: Manuel Neyder, a long-standing employee, is taking over as head of the Delta Pods Architects branch in Wels.

The Wels location plays an important role in the execution of national and international construction and real estate projects. In his new role, Manuel Neyder will be responsible for the organizational and technical development of the location, as well as for managing the employees and day-to-day operations.

Manuel Neyder has been part of the DELTA Group since 2003. After completing his training at HTL Linz, he worked in Planning, Construction Supervision (Site Supervision), and later as Project Leadership. In this role, he accompanied numerous projects in industry, commerce, and residential construction. In recent years, his focus has been on the implementation of complex projects in Germany and on collaboration in international project teams, including in Czechia and Ukraine.
