Delta Managing & Consulting Engineers GmbH combines construction management and consulting

Since 1 September 2024, the new company name has united the two service areas of construction management and consulting within the DELTA Group. This unification serves to simplify the company structure, to interlink the divisions more closely and thus to utilise synergy effects in order to be able to meet increasingly complex project requirements with a high degree of integrated technical expertise and experience.
Wolfgang Kradischnig, CEO of DELTA AG, emphasises that the merger of the two companies is strategically valuable in order to be able to offer solutions optimally tailored to the respective customer even faster.
Leading in the field of construction management
Delta Baumanagement GmbH, which was founded in Wels in 1996, is one of the leading construction management companies in Austria. For years, it has been successfully involved in numerous projects at home and abroad, making a name for itself in the industry. The construction management division has been a reliable project partner for many years in many sectors, e.g. in the healthcare and education sectors. The management of the former construction management division remains unchanged: Evelyn Parnigoni is responsible for the Vienna office, while Ingo Huber and Andreas Dopplmair are in charge of the Wels office.
Integrated Consulting
Managing Directors Marc Guido Höhne and Arno Gingl are responsible for the Consulting division within the DELTA Group. The “Integrated Consulting” team currently consists of 21 people from a wide range of disciplines and is strongly focussed on building consultancy and sustainability. These mainly comprise the services of inventory analysis and technical due diligence as well as advice on ESG, EU taxonomy and green building certifications, together with the associated refurbishment and action strategies and concepts as part of green engineering.
Wolfgang Gomernik heads the IDC Division (International Development Consultancy). With this newly established division, the DELTA Group is strengthening its internationalisation and cooperation with IFIs (International Financial Institutions) and IDs (International Donors).
