DELTA Ukraine has resumed work on the Promprilad.Renovation project

With the beginning of the full-scale war Promprylad. Renovation suspended construction for several weeks. It took time to communicate with everyone, to understand where the contractors are, what the situation is with current contracts and deliveries (for example, the factory near Kyiv, from which glass was ordered, was under occupation).
Promprylad.Renovation monitored the situation and understood that there were two options: either to stop construction or, on the contrary, to try to speed things up. We brought this issue to the Supervisory Board and received a unanimous opinion that we, like no one else, should be an example of how to move in this situation. Our project is not located in a war zone, and a large number of people come here, who need to be provided with suitable areas for work and living. So the company immediately began to reconfigure construction processes, called the designers (who at that time were in different cities of the country) and suggested that they gather in Ivano-Frankivsk to actively participate in the work.
Despite the frantic pace, the approach to the tender policy has not been changed. The algorithm remained the same: design decision; tender; contract; start of work But in the new conditions, we do everything as quickly as possible. In these conditions, we have a good tradition of daily morning meetings with the participation of designers, architects, engineers and other members of the development team, which significantly accelerated decision-making.
The project returned to active construction. Under these conditions, together we successfully cope with the shortage of materials and difficult logistics: we found the necessary metal, concrete, insulation and other necessary materials for this phase. All installation contractors have been contracted.
Each member of the team, contractor and designer understands the goal: by launching only the food market, offices and co-working space in this queue, we will create more than 1000 additional jobs for work.
