The new joint clinic of the Confraternität and Goldenes Kreuz private clinics is being built at the Skodagasse site.
During the construction phase, medical services will be provided on an interim basis in the adapted building of the Goldenes Kreuz private clinic in Lazarettgasse. To ensure that this transition phase is successful, a modern operating theater extension with two operating rooms, a recovery room, and ancillary rooms is currently being built. Ten prefabricated operating room modules (STUGEBA Mobile Raumsysteme) were recently delivered, lifted into place, and assembled—an important project milestone that was captured on camera. The video impressively shows the precise installation of the modules and provides a glimpse behind the scenes.
Our role at DELTA: We are responsible for Project Control of this exciting construction project. Project Leadership: Katrin Kampitsch-Werner with Stefan Weiss. Commissioning is expected to take place in April 2026.
