With extensive experience in acquisition and management of international projects, she delivers complex construction and infrastructure projects with a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and knowledge transfer.
Her vast experience in working with EU, EIB, EBRD, UNDP, UNICEF, WB, CoE and other international development organisations worldwide bridges the gap between beneficiary country needs and the specific international donor requirements.
Her expertise lies in the successful implementation of international projects, particularly in dynamic and challenging environments. She combines technical understanding, organisational strength, and intercultural competence to ensure that projects are managed efficiently, contractual obligations are fulfilled, and shared objectives are successfully achieved within the budget.
Currently, Gordana Milosevic Jurukovska is involved in major international reconstruction projects in Ukraine. Within the framework of the European Investment Bank (EIB)-funded “Ukraine Vocational Education and Training Project”, as a Project Director, she is responsible – together with international partners – for safeguarding project objectives and delivering results in complex implementation processes.
