Marc Guido Höhne
Managing Director within the DELTA Group since 2022 and responsible for the “Integrated Consulting” division
With a degree in architecture, I began my professional career in 1998, initially in local construction supervision for several buildings in the field of teaching and research, before increasingly concentrating on project management and property consulting. For a decade, I took over the management of Drees & Sommer Austria and later, as part of the expansion, also for the Hungary location. Some of the outstanding projects of my career include the Pergamon Museum in Berlin and the multi-project management for the expansion of the KAUFLAND Group in Bulgaria. Between 2009 and 2014, I was the overall project manager responsible for the project management of the new campus of the Vienna University of Economics and Business in a joint venture with DELTA Baumanagement. My involvement in the ÖGNI Executive Committee reflects my long-standing passion for sustainability, which I have also made my consulting focus. Within DELTA, this area is integrated into “integrated consulting” and is constantly being developed further with a diversified team of experts. I am currently focussing on all topics related to ESG, such as EU taxonomy and sustainability reporting in accordance with CSRD, but also on the development of innovative building technology concepts and the implementation of circular economy topics in new and ongoing projects.
Balancing my professional life: In my free time, I enjoy running, hiking, mountain biking and skiing in the countryside with my family.
