Marc Guido Höhne

Managing Director within the DELTA Group since 2022 and responsible for the “Integrated Consulting” division
After completing a degree in architecture, he began his professional career in 1998 in local construction supervision for several buildings in the fields of teaching and research, before increasingly specializing in project management and property consulting. For ten years, he managed Drees & Sommer Austria and later took on responsibility for the Hungary location as part of the company’s expansion. Some of the outstanding projects of his career include the Pergamon Museum in Berlin and the multi-project management for the expansion of the KAUFLAND Group in Bulgaria.
Between 2009 and 2014, he served as overall project manager in a joint venture with DELTA Baumanagement, overseeing the project management of the new campus for the Vienna University of Economics and Business. His long-standing commitment to the ÖGNI Executive Committee reflects his deep passion for sustainability, which he has made a core focus of his consulting work. Within the DELTA Group, this area is integrated into “Integrated Consulting” and is continuously developed further with a diverse team of experts.
Currently, his focus is on all ESG-related topics, such as EU taxonomy and sustainability reporting in accordance with CSRD, as well as the development of innovative building technology concepts and the implementation of circular economy principles in new and ongoing projects.
He balances his professional life by spending time in nature—running, hiking, mountain biking, and skiing with his family.
