Serhii Malyshko is the CEO of Alpha Construction Ukraine, a leading construction company and subsidiary of DELTA Ukraine. With extensive experience in project management, Serhii has successfully overseen numerous large-scale and sustainable construction projects such as general contracting at Promprylad Renovation, Fischer Ski Plant, AWT Bavaria, Imperial Tobacco, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Before becoming CEO of Alpha Construction, Serhii played a key role within DELTA, where he managed projects such as GIZ initiatives and comprehensive portfolio due diligence assessments for Goldman Sachs and Cushman & Wakefield
In addition to his project management expertise, Serhii is recognized for his leadership in fostering new talent at Alpha Construction and DELTA. Serhii joined DELTA in 2016, bringing with him a solid academic background with a specialist degree in Construction, Industrial, and Civil Engineering from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
