Viktoriya Berezhnaya
Viktoriya Berezhnaya is COO of DELTA Ukraine
Viktoriia has extensive experience in operational management, quality management, human potentials, and corporate culture. Despite her focus on these areas, she remains actively involved in project management. She began her career at DELTA in 2010, joining the company as an interpreter and assistant while working on the AVE PLAZA project. Over time, her dedication and expertise led her to take on key management roles, including overseeing major projects like Billa Kharkiv and Dnipro.
In 2013, Viktoriia relocated to the central office in Kyiv, where she gradually rose through the ranks to become Chief Operating Officer (COO) of DELTA Ukraine. During the challenging period of 2013-2015, she and the core team successfully steered the company through the crisis, securing critical projects with high-profile clients such as Mann Hummel, BMW, LEONI, and KWS.
Prior to joining DELTA, Viktoriia spent 17 years as a German lecturer at Kharkiv University and conducted research at universities in Klagenfurt, Zurich, Vienna, and Frankfurt-am-Main. Her part-time work as an interpreter opened the door to DELTA and marked the beginning of her successful career in construction project management.
