BRIQUE Residence – Veleslavín, Prague, Czech Republic
Project Details
A new residential quarter on the site of a former heating plant
BRIQUE Residence is being built on the brownfield site of a former heating plant, directly next to Veleslavín Chateau in Prague 6. The project transforms a long-unused industrial site into a fully fledged urban quarter of apartment buildings and terraced family houses. The new quarter blends naturally with the surrounding interwar (1920s–30s) residential architecture, with a strong focus on high-quality housing and public space. The DELTA Group CZ team provides construction management and construction supervision on behalf of the client, including cost management, tender management and health & safety coordination, with a focus on quality management, coordination and efficient project relization.
