KONE Industrial – koncern s.r.o. is a company that supplies elevators, escalators, moving walkways, and automatic doors. The DELTA Group team is implementing a comprehensive project for this customer to expand its production plant in Ustí nad Labem. The aim of the project is to significantly expand production and storage capacities and optimize production processes.
The project includes the construction of a modern production hall with a height of 13 meters, including a technical building and a two-story administrative building connected to the existing administrative premises.

The project will be implemented in two main phases. The first phase includes securing the outdoor areas, removing obsolete structures, and constructing warehouses. The second phase will focus on the construction of the new production hall and administrative building.
