Project details

The DELTA Group CZ team took on the General Planning for the expansion of the industrial site of Olympus, a company specializing in the manufacture and maintenance of medical technology, in particular instruments for endoscopy and minimally invasive surgery.

The OLYMPUS Campus Přerov is a strategic production and development site for the global market leader in medical technology. The project combines production, service, research & development (R&D), and logistics in a modern and sustainable area that meets the highest technological and ecological standards.

• Location: Přerov, Czechia
• Scope: Renovation and expansion of the existing site, new buildings for production, service, and R&D
• Total usable floor area: approx. 12,400 m²
• Planning phase: 01/2024–11/2025 – Comprehensive project planning from feasibility study and submission planning to execution coordination and engineering
• Construction period: 11/2025–06/2028

• Building A – logistics, production, R&D, administration: Renovation of existing property
• Building B – service, administration, catering, cloakrooms: Modernization and expansion
• Building C – logistics, CDS (disinfection), production and service, administration: New construction
