UNBROKEN is a Ukrainian initiative that brings together leading medical institutions, rehabilitation experts, psychological support specialists, and prosthetics professionals to provide comprehensive assistance to those affected by the war. UNBROKEN is one of the largest platforms in Ukraine implementing international best practices in health recovery, social reintegration, and the return to a full life.

Special features

• The UNBROKEN Mental Health Center in Lviv is a vital part of Ukraine’s national rehabilitation ecosystem, providing comprehensive psychological and psychosocial support to civilians and veterans affected by the war.
• The project was established at the First Medical Association of Lviv in cooperation with international partners and with the support of the German organization DAHW and the city of Würzburg.
• The center is dedicated to supporting individuals living with PTSD, anxiety disorders, panic attacks, psychosomatic conditions, and other mental health challenges.
• Its facilities include private rooms for individual therapy, dedicated spaces for group sessions, areas for art therapy, and other functional therapeutic environments.
• The center is integrated into the broader UNBROKEN rehabilitation system, which also includes the UNBROKEN KIDS initiative — a specialized program offering psychological support to children impacted by the war.
• Designed with a strong focus on accessibility, privacy, comfort, and energy efficiency, the center meets the highest European standards of safety and care.
• Beyond treatment, the center empowers patients to re-enter social life, rebuild self-confidence, and restore personal dignity — fostering long-term psychological resilience.
