Features of the project:
- Building B12 is the first commercial building in Ukraine that was awarded with such an award.
- UNIT.City is the first innovation park in Ukraine. A place where an ecosystem and infrastructure is created for the development of business in the field of high technologies and creative industries.
- The concentration of companies, start-ups, students, specialists and research laboratories creates conditions for businesses to grow faster within the park than outside.
Among the green features of Building B12, the following should be noted:
- Good location within walking distance to the public transport network and social infrastructure
- Underground parking with dedicated parking spaces for green cars, cars with passengers and places with charging points for electric cars
- Energy-efficient design that meets the requirements of the American energy efficiency standard ASHRARE 90.1-2010 and will significantly reduce the annual energy consumption of the building
High-quality and highly efficient engineering equipment – Carrier chillers, Rosenberg supply and exhaust units
Advanced energy consumption accounting system based on Schneider Electric equipment - LED lighting
- Water-efficient plumbing fixtures that will reduce water use by 43% compared to the LEED baseline

- Separate collection of household waste for further processing
- Smoking is prohibited in the building and near its entrances
- Two-stage cleaning of supply air with the help of air filters
- Control of air quality in the building using VOC and CO2 sensors
