MANN+HUMMEL: Factory of the Future in Uherský Brod
26. August 2025

The expansion of the MANN+HUMMEL facility in Uherský Brod (CZ) goes far beyond a typical industrial project. It demonstrates how technically demanding construction can combine sustainability, architectural quality, and modern working conditions – making it a flagship project within the international MANN+HUMMEL Group.
DELTA as an International Partner
DELTA Group CZ acted as architect, general planner, project manager, and site supervisor. The project’s success was built on a long-term partnership between the investor, architects, and the implementation team, which started with the first construction phase in 2014. This trust enabled seamless continuation and gave the project international relevance.

Architecture with a Human Dimension
The expansion includes not only additional production and storage areas but also modern offices, social spaces, and employee facilities. A key feature is the connection between administration and production, fostering direct communication and innovation across teams.
Sustainability and Future-Readiness
A decisive step was the complete disconnection from fossil fuels. The plant now relies on energy-efficient, forward-looking technologies, proving that industrial architecture can take ecological responsibility while remaining economically successful.

International Relevance
For DELTA, this project shows that industrial construction can set new international benchmarks: through cooperation, digital processes, sustainability, and architecture that puts people first.
“This project demonstrates that industrial architecture is not just about function but also about responsibility towards people and the environment.” – Erik Štefanovič, Managing Director DELTA Group CZ
