Project Description
On behalf of HT Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, DELTA conducted a Technical Due Diligence review for two residential buildings in Vienna and Linz. The goal was to support the planned real estate acquisition by providing a thorough technical assessment of the two properties. As part of the defined scope of services, the structural and technical condition of the buildings was analyzed, and potential maintenance, liability, and investment risks were identified.
