Project description

On behalf of CPI Europe, DELTA carried out a comprehensive condition survey of the building envelope of a large-scale office and high-rise complex in Wienerberg. More than 100,000 m² of façade area and around 25,000 m² of roof area were systematically inspected and documented.

To ensure complete data collection, DELTA combined traditional on-site inspections by experienced experts with drone-based close-range inspections. This enabled even hard-to-reach areas to be surveyed efficiently and in great detail.

In collaboration with CBRE as the building management partner, a comprehensive condition report was produced, in which damage such as cracks, defective joints, damaged glazing and other defects were documented, assessed and categorised. The findings provide a sound basis for strategic maintenance and refurbishment planning and support the long-term preservation of value across the entire property portfolio.
