Clinic Hietzing: When Is a Construction Project Truly Complete?

Once the handover takes place, the final documentation is complete, and the last outstanding issues have been resolved. With the successful completion of the “KHI-IM2” project in Pavilion 21 of the Hietzing Clinic, another important milestone has been reached.

The project is part of the comprehensive expansion of the Hietzing Clinic, through which the Vienna Healthcare Group is creating the infrastructural foundation for modern and sustainable healthcare.

Since planning began in May 2022, DELTA has supported the project together with FCP as part of a joint venture, providing the project monitoring & control service. Our task: to contribute to the achievement of project objectives as well as to transparency and safety throughout the project through independent audits and continuous monitoring. Daniel Haider and David Gucher represented DELTA on this project.

Proactive management, clear communication, and collaborative partnerships are crucial, especially for complex construction projects in the healthcare sector. We would like to thank the  Vienna Healthcare Group as well as all planning and construction partners for their trusting collaboration.

With the completion of the construction project at “Pavilion 21 of the Hietzing Clinic” (KHI-IM2), an important step has been taken. The next milestones at the Clinic Hietzing are already underway.
