One example project of the DELTA Group is “Die Elisabethinen Wien-Mitte” (Elisabethines Vienna Center) with the Franziskus Spital (Franziskus hospital). A showcase project for “building in existing structures,” inner-city redensification, and renovation—not without reason awarded the FIABCI Prix D’Excellence Austria by FIABCI Austria.
