DELTA Group wins “Family-friendly employer 2023/24” award

Doris Gardavsky and Reka Tanczos accepted the “Family-friendly employer 2023/24” award on behalf of the entire DELTA Group Human Potential & Culture Team.
The state quality marks were awarded by Federal Minister Susanne Raab on 29 January 2014 in Vienna. 112 companies, universities and care facilities were honoured for their family friendliness.
Doris Gardavsky emphasises: “Our employees are the heart of our company – their well-being and the balance with their family environment are crucial to their and our success.”

All award-winning companies have successfully completed the certification and re-certification processes.
