Parent company of the DELTA Group – Delta Holding GmbH – becomes DELTA AG

The Upper Austrian Delta Holding GmbH, as the parent company of the DELTA Group, which currently operates with around 400 employees with several locations in 4 countries, was converted into a stock corporation (AG) as of Saturday, 22 June 2024: DELTA AG.
This can be seen as a logical step due to the development of the DELTA Group in recent years: On the one hand, due to the ever-increasing internationalization of the company, which is now successfully active with numerous projects in addition to Austria with its subsidiaries in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine, and will continue to expand its activities in the future. In addition, the owners are striving to allow employees to participate more strongly in the company’s success through shares, in order to remain future-oriented and stable in the long term.
The Management Board of DELTA AG is made up of Wolfgang Kradischnig and Wolfgang Gomernik as CEOs and David Greiner as CFO of the Group.
Wilhelm Greiner (founder of DELTA and Chairman of the Supervisory Board), Helga Juri (former INGOB. DELTA Managing Director), Christina Lang (Head of Communications & Press Spokesperson of DELTA) and René Noisternig (Authorised Signatory within the DELTA Group) have been appointed as members of the Supervisory Board for the first term of office until mid-2026.
