DELTA Ukraine has organized an international closed architectural competition

Recently DELTA Ukraine hosted an international closed architectural competition for the “European Protsiv” residential park in the Kyiv region.
This unique initiative focused on creating a comfortable, sustainable, and modern living environment – combining green roofs, energy-efficient solutions, and architectural styles from Austria, the UK, France, Norway, and Poland.

The participants presented residential concepts aligned with the principles of sustainable development – integrating the landscape into neighborhoods, developing public spaces and cycling infrastructure, using renewable energy sources, and applying innovative façade and landscaping solutions.

At a time when the construction industry is largely focused on the rapid recovery of critical infrastructure, architectural competitions help simultaneously shape high-quality and livable environments. This is the foundation of sustainable development and a culture of construction that fosters inspiring and supportive spaces. Moreover, international competitions engage foreign experts, integrate Ukrainian projects into the European context, rebuild trust in architecture, and create environments people genuinely want to live in.

Competition Winners:

  • 1st place – ABMK Architectural Company
  • 2nd place – Konsepto-Architects
  • 3rd place – Symmetry Studio

The jury included prominent Ukrainian and international experts:

  • Yulian Chaplynskyi (UA)
  • Marten Duplantier (FR)
  • Liubov Cheshko (UA)
  • Viktor Yatsiuta (UA)
