Completion of residential project at Am Langen Felde 24, 1220 Vienna with DELTA in project monitoring & control

We are delighted that the residential project “Am Langen Felde 24” in 1220 Vienna was successfully completed in February 2025 and that we were responsible for project monitoring and control on behalf of Raiffeisen Vorsorge Wohnung GmbH (RVW).

The residential project “Am Langen Felde 24” was built in Vienna’s 22nd district, just a four-minute walk from the Kagraner Platz U1 station. The project by Raiffeisen Vorsorge Wohnung GmbH (RVW) comprises a total of 68 modern owner-occupied and investment apartments as well as 41 parking spaces. The apartments offer between 1 and 4 rooms with living spaces ranging from 36 m² to 117 m². Each unit has a private outdoor area such as a loggia, balcony, terrace, or garden. The high energy efficiency of the buildings contributes significantly to reducing operating and maintenance costs.

The project was developed and implemented by MERYN+Partner Bäuträger GmbH. Swietelsky AG is responsible for the high-quality and timely execution.
Helga Juri and Manuela Kaufmann from DELTA were responsible for project monitoring and control. In addition, our consulting department prepared a benefit analysis (Jia Liu, Markus Bader).

Sales are currently still ongoing on the part of RVW, and we at DELTA are accompanying the handover of the apartments that have been sold so far.
