Collaboration on equal terms – IPD model

The project is being implemented according to the IPD model (Integrated Project Delivery): The client, planners, and contractors are designing the entire process in a spirit of partnership and transparency – with the aim of ensuring quality, costs, and deadlines in the long term.

For DELTA, this means interdisciplinary work, early involvement of all parties, and shared responsibility for the success of the project. This is exactly how building culture with added value is created.
