Memorandum of Cooperation between WINHUB and DELTA Ukraine

At MIPIM 2025, one of the world’s leading real estate and investment exhibitions, WINHUB and DELTA Ukraine took a significant step toward developing a next-generation logistics network. A memorandum of cooperation was signed, laying the groundwork for innovative, sustainable, and high-quality logistics hubs across Ukraine.

As part of this cooperation, DELTA Ukraine, a subsidiary of the international DELTA AG, has already provided expert support in architectural concept development and will provide the technical construction solutions for WINHUB’s next-generation logistics parks.

WINHUB is an ambitious infrastructure project, set to create 1 million square meters of Class A logistics hubs across four regions of Ukraine, with a total investment of $700 million. The project is aimed to meet the highest international standards in energy efficiency, sustainability, and ergonomic design, creating an ecosystem that is unparalleled in Ukraine.
