Project overview

The Ukraine VET Project is an EIB-funded investment programme aimed at establishing modern Centres of Excellence aligned with labour market needs and EU VET practices. The Technical Assistance supports the full delivery cycle—from concept design and prioritisation to detailed design and implementation support—while improving energy efficiency (including EDGE certification and a 20% energy reduction target), strengthening institutional capacity, and advancing accessibility and inclusion.
