Topping-out ceremony at Salzgries and Renngasse: two projects, one shared success

Two exclusive real estate projects are being developed in the heart of Vienna’s city center with the participation of DELTA: Salzgries 12 and Renngasse 13. Both existing buildings are undergoing extensive renovation at the same time – with the highest quality, precision, and a clear focus on modernity and sustainability.
The construction project will create state-of-the-art offices and attractive retail space in a prime location.
The topping-out ceremony on October 23, 2026, was a complete success – excellent food, a great atmosphere, and a construction site that shows how good cooperation works. The client, General Contractor, consultants, and the entire commercial staff were well represented and celebrated the progress of the project together.
