Ottakringer Straße 44 residential project – DELTA service is Project Monitoring & Control

On May 27, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for the residential project at Ottakringer Straße 44 took place. We are delighted to be responsible for the project monitoring & control for the new residential project at Yppenplatz/Brunnenmarkt (Ottakringer Straße 44, 1170 Vienna)!
On behalf of Raiffeisen Vorsorge Wohnung GmbH (RVW), a modern residential building with a total of 41 residential units will be built here by 2027.
Lavage GmbH is acting as the property developer, and Swietelsky AG is responsible for construction.
The planned 2- to 3-room apartments range in size from 37 m² to 80 m² and feature high-quality fittings.
Helga Juri, Johannes Muhr, and Nina Reckendorfer from DELTA are responsible for the project monitoring & control.
We would like to thank RVW for their trust and look forward to successfully implementing this important project together!
