From DELTA’s perspective, this means:

• Clear definition of requirements before the start of the project.
• Quality assurance in planning: A QA process accompanying the planning ensures that collisions become visible before they become costly and time-critical on the construction site. BIM supports us in this, but the actual basis remains the attitude towards cooperation.
• Social Design in Building Projects is not an ideal – it is a success factor. And BIM is – alongside IPA (integrated project management) and LEAN – one of its most powerful tools.
