DELTA & CMb.industries: Leadersnet interview about Brownfields at EXPO REAL

The DELTA Group is active in several countries, revitalizing everything from existing buildings to entire brownfield sites. The main differences lie in the legal, economic, and cultural conditions. In Ukraine, for example, recent history and reconstruction have shaped priorities that are very different from those in Austria.
However, what all projects have in common is the power to transform brownfield sites into catalysts for an entire (urban) community – if they are implemented with respect and partnership. Partnership is the key here. Such projects are too complex to be solved in silos – they require cooperation between cities, investors, planners, cultural creators, and the population.
The earlier and more openly cooperation is practiced, the greater the chance that a brownfield site will be transformed into a vibrant place that functions permanently. Leadersnet interviewed Erik Stefanovic (Managing Director, DELTA Group CZ & SK) and Maria Dietrich (COO, CMb.industries) at EXPO REAL about this topic of the future – and learned what “golden energy” is all about.
