We are delighted that the DELTA Group’s Consulting team has been able to support Art-Invest Real Estate with a major hotel project for the second time this year. Following on from the Courtyard by Marriott, we were also asked to review the purchase of the 25hours Hotel at the MQ – MuseumsQuartier Wien.
