DOCK IN FIVE: Completion of the shell construction phase and further milestones

The DOCK IN complex in Prague, located directly on Metro Line B, includes five office buildings with a total area of 85.000m². DELTA Group ČR is responsible for the overall project management. Step by step, the next project is also already growing: DOCK IN FIVE.
The project management of DELTA Group ČR for the developer Crestyl was already a complete success with the office building DOCK IN FOUR; therefore, the good cooperation will now be continued with the office building DOCK IN FIVE.
“In September 2020, we started the construction work. I am pleased that we have completed the shell of this ten-story office building after one year, despite the current raw material prices and the shortage of skilled workers. I am proud of the fact that we managed to meet all deadlines despite these challenges,” comments Josef Prokeš, project manager at DELTA Group ČR.
The project manager also describes what steps are planned next: “We are now actively working on the cladding of the building, and the interior installations are also well underway – electrical installation, heating, cooling, water connections, etc. We are confident that this phase of the project will also be completed under our leadership in June 2022.”
The new office building will have a total of approximately 22.000 m² of usable space. Just like DOCK IN FOUR, this building will offer pleasant outdoor terraces for tenants inside to relax in the offices. LEED GOLD certification is also being pursued.
“We see it as our obligation to place the highest possible value on the quality and execution of construction work. Our own digital project management platform Datenpool, as well as the online software tool PlanRadar, help us significantly in this regard,” summarizes Erik Štefanovič, CEO of DELTA Group ČR, the current status of the DOCK IN FIVE project.
