Facade and roof surface inspection for CPI Europe at Wienerberg

Over 100,000 m² of facade and 25,000 m² of roof area. An entire office complex. A complete picture.

How do you inspect the building envelope of several high-rise blocks and surrounding office buildings without a single square centimetre being overlooked?

For CPI Europe, we carried out a comprehensive inspection of the facades and roof surfaces at Wienerberg and, in partnership with CBRE as the building management partner, produced a condition report covering the entire building complex.

We employed two methods that complemented each other perfectly:

• On-site inspections and surveys by our experienced experts – directly on the facade and roof.
• Close-up drone inspection – every surface accessible, every square centimetre documented from the same perspective. This ensures high data quality and efficient data collection.

The result is a comprehensive record of the building’s condition – serving as a well-founded assessment and starting point for all further measures.

Every crack, every damaged joint, every broken pane and every defect, however minor, is recorded, assessed and categorised.

This data forms the basis for strategic maintenance planning. Property owners can carry out targeted refurbishment rather than blanket replacement – in a cost- and time-efficient manner across the entire site.
