Grand opening of House of Schools 1 at the JKU Business School

The DELTA team is pleased to have contributed project management to the realisation of this impressive project. House of Schools 1, designed by querkraft architekten and built by the Bundesimmobiliengesellschaft, offers the JKU Business School a modern infrastructure for education and research.
Project highlights:
- Location: JKU Campus, Linz
- Net floor space: approx. 7,000 m²
- Workplaces: for about 180 people
- Sustainability: geothermal heating, concrete core activation, photovoltaic system, klimaaktiv Gold
- Construction period: autumn 2022 to autumn 2024
- Gross investment costs: around 42.8 million euros
- Architects: querkraft architekten (Peter Sapp, Stefanie Meyer)
