Who we are
IDC – International Development Consulting is the specialised international development division of DELTA Managing & Consulting Engineers GmbH, focused on donor and IFI-funded and public infrastructure projects in Central Europe, South-East European Countries, European Neighbourhood Policy countries and Central Asia countries, focusing in particular to emerging and transition markets.
IDC brings together internationally experienced teams within DELTA Managing & Consulting Engineers GmbH and the wider DELTA Group to deliver technically sound, implementation-oriented infrastructure services.
Our approach combines architecture, engineering, energy efficiency, procurement support, quality assurance and construction supervision in one delivery chain. This allows us to move projects from concept to completion, while maintaining compliance, transparency and practical control over the implementation.
We work best where public impact and delivery discipline matter most: schools, hospitals, municipal buildings, utility systems and recovery-driven public investments.

What we do
We support Governments, ministries, regional and local authorities, municipalities, Project Implementation Units, public utilities and international financing partners in delivering complex projects.
