Description            

The European Union Delegation plans to relocate to a new office building in Vienna where it will occupy 1 723 m² of office space. This office space will be fitted out by the building owners, via their own architect and contractor, in charge of developing, coordinating and executing the fit-out project according to the requirements and instructions of the European Union Delegation.

INGOB.ZT, the Consultant, shall take the role of Infrastructure coordinator on behalf of the Client and oversee the full project until the acceptance of works, handover of the offices and relocation and report to the different stakeholders:

• Representative on Site of an International Institution dealing with EU standardized documentation and reporting procedures.
• Stakeholder Management of technical consultants, facility management, architect and construction management, including numerous parties from several EU member states.

Achievements

• The Client’s budget was strictly met and the Consultant managed to include numerous additional demands of the Client that were not included in the initial budget.
• The Client’s deadlines were met by forward looking COVID 19 – Crisis Management and the diplomatic work started on schedule.
