Local construction supervision of Hagibor Gamma Residential Complex Successfully Completed

The prestigious residential project Hagibor in Prague’s Strašnice district celebrates another significant milestone. The Gamma apartment building, where our Czech team DELTA Group CR (part of the international DELTA Group) provided comprehensive construction supervision services, has successfully obtained occupancy approval. The new residential building offers 138 premium apartments of all sizes, from studios to generous five-room units, each featuring its own balcony or terrace. The complex also includes three levels of underground parking with parking spaces and storage units.

“During the project implementation, we utilized the most modern project management tools, including the CDE (Common Data Environment) platform Datenpool, which significantly streamlined communication between all construction participants and ensured precise quality control of implementation,” said Project Manager Josef Prokeš from Delta Projektconsult. “Thanks to process digitalization and systematic approach to local construction supervision, we were able to guarantee the highest quality standards to the investor, CRESTYL company.”

The Hagibor residential complex, located 500 meters from Želivského metro station, represents one of the most significant development projects in Prague. DELTA Group CR demonstrated its long-standing experience with local construction supervision of demanding residential projects. Professional supervision over implementation included comprehensive quality control, schedule adherence, construction progress monitoring, and management of client changes.

“The successful building approval of Gamma apartment building confirms that a systematic approach to local construction supervision and the use of modern digital technologies in construction management brings significant added value to clients,” adds Josef Prokeš.

The handover of most apartments to new owners is planned by the end of 2024.
