Olympus Campus Přerov – New Building C Reaches the Second Floor
11. June 2026
The construction of the new service and production campus for Olympus Medical Products Czech in Přerov is progressing on schedule. DELTA Group CZ is behind this project as general planner – from the architectural study through the preparation of project documentation, including the documentation for the building permit, all the way to construction coordination. We are now also active on site as the client’s technical supervisor: we monitor the quality of the work carried out, ensure compliance with the project documentation, manage the schedule, and coordinate with the contractor.
The project comprises the construction of an entirely new four-story Building C, the renovation and extension of Building B, and the reconstruction of Building A. (In the visualization, the buildings appear from left to right in the order C, B, A.) Building C represents the largest and most important part of the entire campus expansion – it is designated for logistics, production, service, and administration. The total area of the campus is approximately 12,200 m².

The campus will bring production, service, R&D (research & development), and logistics together under one roof, with modern standards for clean rooms and disinfection zones – all with an emphasis on a comfortable working environment. Construction has been underway since November 2025, with completion planned for August 2028.
In the course of March, the foundation slab of Building C was successfully poured – approximately 1,600 m³ of concrete mix across three shifts. Today the building is already rising to the second floor.

During the preparatory phase of the project, the TGA team at DELTA Group CZ carried out essential work: it developed a comprehensive building services design, including dynamic simulations that allowed the client to verify the functionality and efficiency of the proposed systems in advance.
“The project’s ambition is to achieve LEED Gold environmental certification – a prestigious international standard confirming a building’s high level of sustainability and energy efficiency. DELTA is also actively involved in LEED certifications on other industrial projects, and certification consulting is part of our services,” explained Martin Vašíček, project manager for the DELTA Group CZ team.
