Description

Raiffeisen Vorsorge Wohnung GmbH was founded in 2006 and it specialises in distribution of property development projects in Vienna area. Right from the start of the project, INGOB.ZT GmbH took over the Project Controlling and Monitoring of the respective investment housing construction projects. These services include advice on construction and equipment description, reviewing the preliminary and main design, as well as advice on implementation and detailed design.

In the execution phase, INGOB checks the respective status of the building, compliance with deadlines and the contractually stipulated quality, by means of on-site inspections. On request, INGOB also carries out handovers for the respective investors and monitors the rectification of defects up to the final warranty inspection, after a period of three years. In the course of this 15-year cooperation, a total of 22 projects were jointly implemented.
