Sustainability reporting at DELTA

With the entry into force of the new EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), a groundbreaking phase is beginning for us at DELTA: from the beginning of 2026, we will publish our first CSRD-compliant sustainability report for the year 2025.
Although we are legally obliged to do so, we also see this process as a great opportunity: we can anchor sustainability even more firmly in our overall corporate strategy – from overarching goals to day-to-day operations in the construction and real estate industry.
The CSRD covers the three ESG areas – environment, social and governance (corporate management). The new ESG team from our “Integrated Consulting” division, consisting of Lukas Clementschitsch, Marion Wallner and Larissa Putschögl, is coordinating the data collection and will therefore be working with our various expert teams over the next few months.
A joint cross-departmental effort to make DELTA even more sustainable! The ESG team is looking forward to driving this process forward within the company and with its employees, and to further strengthening our responsibility towards the environment, society and the economy.
