DELTA is now BREEAM AT licenced for new and existing buildings

After intensive preparation, we are proud to announce that Delta Managing & Consulting Engineers GmbH is now certified as a BREEAM AT licensed company. This certification expands our portfolio in the field of sustainable consulting and enables us to offer our clients even more comprehensive solutions for the sustainability of their buildings.

About three years ago, DELTA started to build up a team of experts for ‘integral consulting’, which also includes certification as an essential component in order to implement sustainability in practice and at the same time create transparency. We successfully accompany numerous projects in DGNB/ÖGNI, LEED and klimaaktiv through our DGNB/ÖGNI auditors, LEED APs and numerous consultants.

We are now pleased to expand our auditing field with BREEAM accreditation and to have Sofia Lagopati on board as a BREEAM auditor for new and existing buildings. BREEAM makes it possible to comprehensively assess buildings in terms of their sustainability – from energy and water consumption, construction methods and materials to health, comfort and ecological impact. BREEAM has been an important standard since 1990 and is offered by TÜV SÜD in German-speaking countries.
