Groundbreaking ceremony for a major ÖBB project in Linz: A milestone for the future of train maintenance

A new service hall covering approximately 11,000 m² and capable of accommodating 7 trains is being built at the former traction depot on Heizhausstraße. This facility will lay the groundwork for the efficient maintenance of the latest generation of long-distance and commuter trains.
Our contribution at DELTA: Construction Supervision
We provide comprehensive support for the project with: ÖBA building works, ÖBA high-voltage systems, ÖBA electrical systems, ÖBA railway construction, ÖBA mechanical systems
- Project period: 10/2025 – 12/2027
- Start of construction: May 2026
- Certification: klimaaktiv Level 1 planned
- Client: ÖBB-Technische Services GmbH
