Ordensklinikum Linz: Central Outpatient Emergency Care Center Successfully Opens
07. July 2026
Another milestone in the “Bau 2030” Master Plan has been reached.
As of Monday, June 29, 2026, the new Central Outpatient Emergency Care Center (ZAE) at the Ordensklinikum Linz Barmherzige Schwestern has been operational as scheduled.
After approximately one year of construction, this important phase of the project was successfully completed—and under particularly challenging conditions: construction while the hospital remained in operation, tight deadlines, complex logistics, and the highest standards for safety and coordination.
DELTA is responsible for project control (Project Manager Stefan Weiss, Deputy Project Manager Christian Pöltner), supports the project using the digital project platform “Datenpool” for the implementation of the Master Plan 2030, and helps ensure that the hospital’s structural expansion becomes a reality step by step while operations continue.
Special thanks go to our client, all planning and construction partners, and the staff of the Ordensklinikum for their excellent collaboration, mutual trust, and tremendous dedication in the final stretch.
We are pleased that, with the new emergency department, another important building block for future-oriented healthcare has been successfully put into operation.
