PBZ Waidhofen an der Ybbs: Future-Oriented Healthcare Infrastructure for Lower Austria

New Waidhofen an der Ybbs Nursing and Care Center in the Planning Stages

With the construction of the new Waidhofen an der Ybbs Nursing and Care Center (PBZ), a modern and sustainable facility for nursing and care is being built in Lower Austria. The project creates contemporary conditions for residents, staff, and family members while also focusing on high-quality architectural integration (Atelier Frühwirth) into the existing surroundings.

DELTA has been supporting the project on behalf of the State of Lower Austria since the project development phase and is responsible for project management and procedural support throughout the entire project lifecycle.

The project is currently in the planning phase. Its implementation will make a significant contribution to ensuring a high-quality nursing and care infrastructure in Lower Austria over the long term.
