We were delighted to welcome Upper Austria’s Governor, Thomas Stelzer, to our DELTA office in Wels.

Since our founding in Wels in 1977, DELTA has grown into an international group of companies with more than 400 employees. Our roots in Upper Austria continue to shape who we are today.

Projects such as the House of Schools at JKU, Ordensklinikum Linz, Klinikum Freistadt and Campus Gesundheit Wels-Grieskirchen demonstrate the impact of our integrated approach. We combine architecture, building construction management and consulting to create places with long-term added value together with our clients and partners.

Behind all of this are people who contribute their knowledge, experience and commitment. Many of them have been part of DELTA for many years.

Especially in economically challenging times, investments in healthcare, education and infrastructure are important drivers of value creation, employment and quality of life.
